Abu Dhabi, October 14th 2012
Recognizing the importance of Leadership Development to the ongoing success of its organization, Presidential Flight in Abu Dhabi has enrolled its team of directors on the T6 Leadership Development Program.
Presidential flighthas long been recognized for attracting and sourcing the region’s best talent. The leadership development learning is meant to complement the organization’s high caliber with critical interpersonal leadership skills that will further promote the growth and development of the team.
Launched only a year ago, demand on the T6 leadership development program from this region has exceeded every expectation. The proven success of the program made it a favorite amongst organization leaders of countries in this region. It is the tangible and real changes in personality build up and thinking of delegates who had been on the program, and which was perceived by themselves and people around them alike, that had been the underlying source of inspiration and satisfaction in the program.
Problems such as lack of attendance, concentration, and interest, commonly experienced with training programs in the region were not a concern for T6. In fact, trainees had to be polity reminded that the training session was over, for them to leave. Some candidates even referred to the day of the week during which the session was held as their “big Thursday”!
“I have personally observed that real change in our delegate’s personality and his way of thinking and for that reason had requested the success story and details of this program to be shared with the rest of our organization’s leadership and management team, we have all been curious. Well done to Altaaat team for such an impactful program!”
H.E. Mohammed Omar Abdullah, Undersecretary, Department of Economic Development, Abu Dhabi
“We sent three of our Emirati seniors on this program, and ever since I am having every Emirati in the Company knocking my door requesting to be enrolled in this program. For no other training program have we ever received that many requests ”
Nathan Dwyer, Senior Manager Training & Development, TDIC Back
