Saudi based King Abdul Aziz and His Companions Foundation for Giftedness and Creativity (Mawhiba) signed a contract with Altaaat Leadership Development Institute to execute "Gifted Programs in Higher Education project". A team of qualified consultants and researchers from Altaaat Leadership Development Institute has been deployed for this four-month project.
The ultimate aim is to identify through the research some of the world’s most powerful and impactful higher education gifted programs and services, and provide recommendations on the best practices for application and development of similar programs at institutions of higher education in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
It is expected that Mawhiba young leadership Initiative will benefit from the outcome of this project.
King Abdulaziz and His Companions’ Foundation for Giftedness and Creativity is a national cultural organization honorably chaired by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz, president of the Foundation.

The Altaaat Leadership Development Institute started out from Abu Dhabi and is currently serving clients across the Gulf region. Altaaat’s service offerings include the formulating of leadership development strategies, the delivery of bespoke individual and group leadership development programs and the publishing of local current and historical leadership case studies; all targeting the GCC region’s governments, public entities, businesses in the various sectors, and local educational bodies.
The Arabic word "Altaaat" is a term recently invented by popular understanding as a way by which to construct methodologies for achieving a particular goal and that by outlining the steps required for achieving that goal through the use of verbs that start with the Arabic letter "ta" and which "Altaaat" implies the plural of.Back
